Circle-Hand started in 2022 after seeing a friend nearly close his consignment & resale store. Not because of a lack of customers, but because operations had become unmanageable. Intake lists, payouts, inventory and daily questions lived in spreadsheets and late nights.
We built a simple Airtable template to bring order, shared it for free. Thousands of stores asked for access and improvements.
Fast forward, Circle-Hand is used by resale and consignment stores in 23 countries to run their shops without spreadsheets, chaos, or burnout.

Being independent lets us focus on what actually matters: building a reliable product, making thoughtful decisions and supporting stores for the long term instead of chasing growth at all costs.

Circle-Hand is funded by the stores that use it, not by investors. That means our priorities are shaped by the people running shops every day. We listen closely, ship improvements every 2 weeks based on real workflows, and treat support as part of the product, not an afterthought. When our customers do better, Circle-Hand does better. We have a public roadmap and are always open for feedback.

Circle-Hand was started by Max Schubert, Jonas Schumacher, Lennart Wittstock and is still built by a small, focused team. Our advantage is speed, clarity and close contact with our customers. We ship fast without breaking things, improve continuously and stay hands-on with the real problems stores face every day.
