Can I import data from Excel, Shopify or Square?
Yes. If you are moving from another platform or already have an established catalog, you can use our Data Import Wizard. We support bulk CSV uploads and direct syncing from Shopify and Square. This allows you to bring over existing vendor lists, product details and SKUs without reprinting your labels.
Can I manage a vendor consignment program with Square or Shopify?
Square and Shopify don't natively track vendor payouts, but Circle-Hand bridges that gap. Our integration turns your Square POS or Shopify into a full consignment system. It automatically calculates payouts based on your custom split (e.g., 20/80), tracks sold units in real-time and updates vendor balances without any manual spreadsheet work.
Can vendors create and edit their own items?
Yes. Through the dedicated Vendor Portal, your artists and brands can upload new products, take photos and set prices. You retain full control to approve or edit listings before they go live. Vendors can also update their own quantities and track their stock levels, significantly reducing your administrative workload and back-and-forth emails.
Do you offer a mobile solution for consignment and field inventory?
Yes. Circle-Hand works on smartphones, tablets and computers. It lets you enter items quickly (even in parallel with your team), use unique barcodes and keep inventory and payouts synced in real time across devices.

Can I use Circle-Hand with my existing POS System?
Circle-Hand offers a built-in POS and official Shopify POS, Square and Zettle integrations. Connect your preferred POS in settings to unify your storefronts instantly. This syncs all sales data directly to your vendor dashboard, giving your vendors real-time visibility into their stock and earnings without extra manual entry.
How do rent fees and vendor payouts work?
You can automate your entire billing cycle by setting subtracting monthly rent fees and percentage-based commissions for each vendor. Circle-Hand tracks every sale, deducts fees and prepares a payout report. You can process regular payouts via bank transfer, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo and more, ensuring your makers and artists are always paid accurately and on time.
How is inventory tracked for deliveries and receipts?
Transparency is key for local galleries and stores. When a vendor brings in new stock, the system generates a digital delivery receipt and sends an auto-email update. This ensures both parties have a clear record of what was received. Quantity tracking is synced across your physical register and online store to prevent overselling.
Does Circle-Hand support wholesale inventory?
Yes, you can manage both consignment and wholesale inventory side-by-side. For wholesale, the system tracks your cost of goods and margins separately.
