You have 2 options on printing labels in Circle-Hand: (1) Via the PDF workflow or (2) via the Zebra integration. Most stores use the label size 2,25 x 1,25” (57mm x 32mm) for best readability and i'ts affordable since Circle-Hand will rotate the label automatically. Works with almost all modern printers.
Circle-Hand creates a PDF label, and you print it normally.
Recommended label size: 2,25 x 1,25” (57mm x 32mm) or 1.57"x 2.36” (40x60mm).

Make sure to deactivate pop-up blocker in your browser settings.
Download the label life app
Connect your printer via bluetooth in the label life app
Add your label size in the label life app settings → custom
Make sure to follow the steps from the quick start guide.
Connect your printer to your computer
Install driver from this page
Set up your label size in Circle-Hand and your system as described in the video.
Mark items > manage > Create labels
Click on edit and choose the right label size and customize your label
How many labels you can create at once also depends on the processing power of your device (smartphones can usually handle 5-10 labels at once)
The barcode doesn’t print the right size on the label or nothing
Make sure that:
(1) the size of your labels is exactly the same size you have in Circle-Hand settings
(2) set the label size correctly in Circle-Hand, in your browser print settings and system settings. You can find a tutorial here.
(3) Scale = 100%, Make sure “Fit to Page” is NOT checked
Calibrate the Phomemo printer:

The barcode printing is not aligned
Calibrate you label size by:
Put in the labels
Switch the printer on
Then hold the "Feed" button (see screenshot below) for a few seconds, until the printer moves the labels around a bit


Label quality is low or the printing is off (Phomemo)
